LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — An armed man who had a dispute with a parking structure attendant Monday was critically wounded in an officer-involved shooting in downtown Los Angeles.

LAPD officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call around 4:30 p.m. at a parking lot at the One Wilshire building, located at 624 S. Grand Avenue.
