Suspect Wounded In San Bernardino Officer-Involved Shooting

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com)  —Authorities in San Bernardino report an officer-involved shooting.

The shooting happened just before 6:15  p.m.

Officers were responding to a call about reckless driving and possible street racing near N. California and 27th Streets.

Suspects reportedly fled when officers arrived and police gave chase on foot.

One suspect was hit with a stun gun and a struggle was occurred.  At this point an officer-involved shooting took place.

A gun was recovered at the scene.

The suspect is in an unknown condition. No officers were hurt in the incident.
