OC Seeks Financial Assistance For Damage Related To La Habra Quake
SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — Officials in Orange County are seeking financial assistance from the state for damage related to last Friday's earthquake centered in La Habra.
On Friday, OC Board of Supervisors Vice Chair Patricia Bates signed an emergency declaration on behalf of the county.
The board will vote to sign the declaration at a meeting on Tuesday.
According to officials, the quake, along with the response to it, cost upwards $10.5 million.
