The magazine says Obama is the first sitting president to be photographed for an LGBT-themed publication.

OUT magazine credits Obama and his administration for having "ushered extraordinary change into the lives of LGBT Americans."

The magazine, which was founded in 1992, is among the leading gay fashion and lifestyle publications with many articles geared toward Los Angeles.
