Coroner: Nipsey Hussle Died From Gunshots To His Head, Body
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) - The rapper known as Nipsey Hussle died from gunshot wounds to the head and torso, coroner's officials announced Monday.
Hussle, 33, whose real name is Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was fatally shot Sunday in the 3400 block of West Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles.
An autopsy performed Monday determined Asghedom was shot in the head and torso, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner. The manner of death was ruled a homicide, officials said.

Two other men were wounded in the shooting.
The suspect was described only as a young black male, Los Angeles police's Chris Ramirez told reporters. No arrests have been made.
When asked if this was a gang-related shooting, LAPD Chief Michel Moore wouldn't give a definitive answer.
"I think the person who is responsible for this, the people involved in this, we know who they are and they're watching this right now," said Moore, adding he believes the shooter personally knew Asghedom.
Asghedom, who was in a longtime relationship with actress Lauren London, leaves behind two children.
Fans gathered Monday afternoon at a strip mall in Hyde Park, where a store owned by Asghedom is located. A prayer vigil was scheduled for later in the evening.
