Mobile Home Topples Off Trailer Onto 210 Freeway In Lake View Terrace

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A mobile home became disconnected from its trailer and toppled onto the 210 Freeway Wednesday morning in Lake View Terrace.

The mobile home, which measures about 14 feet wide and 60 feet long, toppled onto the westbound 210 Freeway just east of the 118 Freeway at about 10:35 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The mobile home was still lying on its side and blocking at least two lanes on the freeway at about 12:45 p.m. as investigators worked to determine why it had toppled.

There was a slight backup as drivers maneuvered around the scene.

Tow trucks were en route and authorities said the truck should be removed by 3 p.m.

No injuries were reported.
