Missing Pomona Girl, 13 ,Found Safe At 17-Year-Old Boyfriend's House

POMONA (CBSLA.com)  —  A 13-year-old Pomona girl who went missing earlier this month for the second time has been found safe.

Katherine Vance, reported missing for the second time 12 days ago, was found at her 17-year-old boyfriend's home, Pomona police said.

The 17-year-old was placed under arrest.

Vance first was reported missing April 5 but was found the next day with her boyfriend.

Investigators said they received a tip Thursday indicating Vance was at the teen's home. Vance was in hiding there, police said.

Vance was taken to the police station pending further investigation, police said.

It was unclear what possible charges the boyfriend will face.
