Missing Elderly Couple From Orange County Found Safe In Las Vegas

LAGUNA WOODS (CBSLA.com) — An Orange County couple was found safe Monday after being reported missing from their home last week.

Carl Tarantino, 83, and his wife Theresa were last known to be at their home around 8:00 a.m. Friday, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Their family was concerned and sought the public's help as the couple has varying degrees of cognitive issues, officials said.

They were found safe and uninjured some time Monday morning in a motel in the Las Vegas area.

No further details were released.
