Metta World Peace Breaks Down Triangle Offense Using Fruit On Instagram

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — When former NBA MVP Derrick Rose was traded to the New York Knicks, many experts started speculating that he'll be unable to grasp the concept of the triangle offense.

Phil Jackson, who runs and oversees the Knicks organization, still feels that the triangle offense can work as a successful offense in the NBA.

He's won 11 NBA championships with the triangle system and believes it brings harmony between the star players and the role players. Yet it hasn't been working so well for the Knicks the past few seasons, and now with the addition of Rose, many speculate it won't get any better.

Thankfully, Metta World Peace who played in the triangle and won a championship under Jackson, was able to so eloquently explain how the intricate offensive style works using fruit on Instagram.

It's hard to argue with Metta saying he would be a great coach after watching that masterful explanation of the triangle.
