Metro Bus Involved In Crash With BMW On 101 Freeway In Studio City

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA) — Only one lane was open following an accident on the northbound 101 Freeway involving a Metro bus and a silver BMW.

The accident happened shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday night at Vineland.

The driver of the BMW was cut from the vehicle and taken to the hospital. The driver's condition was not immediately known.

It was unknown what led up to the accident or if there were any other injuries.
