The men were reportedly walking the neighborhood in a Black Lives Matter-type protest.

Department reported.

Police fired a bean bag weapon at the men, which ultimately led to their arrest.

Video footage shopwed the two men "with what appeared to be assault rifles, body armor, and Kevlar helmets", according to LAPD Deputy Chief Bob Green

"There was video footage of two individuals ... ," Green said. "So, investigatively, since then we've been moving forward to try and determine if
these are legal assault weapons, and what the intentions of the individuals were."
