SAN DIEGO (CBSLA.com) — Los Angeles now has the Rams and could soon have a second NFL team.

Voters in San Diego are deciding on a measure that would fund a new stadium for the Chargers.

If the Chargers don't get approval for a new stadium they will likely seek relocation to Los Angeles and move in with the Rams when the stadium in Inglewood is ready.

Measure D, which also had a hotel-tax increase and was placed on the ballot by environmentalists and other community leaders, was getting support from 40 percent, also well short of a two-thirds majority, according to the Union-Tribune.

CBSLA's Stacey Butler reported from a "Save The Bolts" party where it didn't look good.
