Martial Arts Instructor Arrested For Allegedly Possessing, Distributing Child Porn

RANCHO CUCAMONGA (CBSLA.com) — A 23-year-old martial arts instructor was in custody Monday on suspicion of distributing child pornography in Rancho Cucamonga.

On Sunday, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) was notified of possible child pornography emailed from a residence in Rancho Cucamonga.

Authorities traced the email account to Anthony Joseph Henkels, of Rancho Cucamonga.

A search warrant of his home, located in the 11800 block of Mount Harvard, recovered evidence along with previous unknown violations.

He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of sending child pornography, and possession of child pornography.

Detectives said Henkels was employed at Karate Institute in Upland. He is being held on $25,000 at the West Valley Detention Center.
