Man Wanted In Arson, Vandalism Spree Through La Verne

LA VERNE (CBSLA.com) — Police asked for the public's help Friday to find a man wanted for going on an arson and vandalism spree throughout La Verne.

Police say the suspect began his arson spree Tuesday night, setting fire to a Molly Maid vehicle, two trash cans at a 76 gas station and a Jack In The Box restaurant, a gazebo at Outdoor Elegance Patio Design Center and a grease container at Mr. D's Diner.

He also smashed windows at three locations, including Outdoor Elegance, Inland Dental and Kiddie Academy.

The suspect is described as a white man, 5-foot-6, 145 pounds and between 19 and 20 years old. He has black wavy hair, and wore a black T-shirt, shirts and socks and white shoes.
