Man Shot To Death In Gardena, Suspects At Large

GARDENA (CBSLA.com) – Authorities are searching for suspects in the shooting death of a man in Gardena Sunday night.

Just before 9 p.m., Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 15000 block of Avalon Boulevard on a report of an assault with a deadly weapon to find a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the sheriff's department said. He was not identified.

No arrests have been made and no suspect information was released. Anyone with information on the shooting should call LASD at 323-890-5500.
