Man Wounded In El Monte Shooting

EL MONTE (CBSLA) — One man was hospitalized Monday after a shooting in El Monte.

Police say a shooting at about 11 p.m. Sunday left an SUV on the sidewalk on Maxson Road near Deana Street.

It's not clear where the man was found and how he is connected to the vehicle. But he was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No suspects have been identified in the shooting.
