Man Pleads No Contest To Sexually Assaulting 3 Women In LA

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man has pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting three women who were attacked on Los Angeles streets two years ago — one so violently that her teeth were knocked out.

Twenty-four-year-old Allen Phillip Crews entered pleas Tuesday to kidnapping, assault, rape and sexual penetration by a foreign object. He'll be sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Crews beat and sexually assaulted a 35-year-old woman in June of 2012, knocking out her teeth. They say the same day he forced a 41-year-old woman into an alley using a fake gun and raped her.

Prosecutors say three days later, he assaulted and raped a 40-year-old woman at a bus stop.

Authorities say Crews was arrested after police saw him running from a bus bench where the woman lay unconscious.
