Man Gets Jail Time For Trespassing At Selena Gomez's Calabasas Home

VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — A 20-year-old transient got jail time for trespassing into Selena Gomez's Calabasas home over the weekend.

Che Cruz pleaded no contest Wednesday to unauthorized entry of a residential dwelling and was immediately sentenced to 45 days behind bars.

He was also ordered to serve three years' probation and to stay away from Gomez and her residence, Deputy District Attorney Eduards Abele said.

Cruz was taken into custody Sunday after he was discovered by Gomez's security inside a guesthouse, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
