Man At Large After Allegedly Running Over Brother, Killing Him, After Argument

NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — An argument between two brothers turned deadly when one man ran the other over with a car and killed him, police Monday.

The fight was reported in the 16900 block of Napa Street at Balboa Boulevard in Northridge at about 9 p.m. Sunday, Los Angeles police spokeswoman Office Norma Eisenman said. Derrick Robinson, 35, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect, a 43-year-old man whose name was withheld, fled the scene and remained at large, Eisenman said.

The two men were believed to be brothers.

A white SUV was found abandoned in a shopping center parking lot nearby on Balboa Boulevard, according to reports
