Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Pushing Aunt Off 2-Story Walkway

PLACENTIA (CBSLA.com) — Police say they've arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of pushing his aunt off a second-story apartment walkway while they were arguing about child care.

It happened around 12:10 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of West Center Street, Placentia Police Department Lt. Eric Point says.

Point says the victims sustained several traumatic injuries. Her exact condition was not released.

Nelson Ramos of Placentia was taken into custody and booked for felony assault, police say.

His bail was set at $25,000, according to Orange County jail records. Ramos is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
