Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Sexually Assaulting Boy At Industry Mall

INDUSTRY (CBSLA.com) — A 45-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of child molestation in the city of Industry is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, tips received from the public led to the arrest of Richard Camarena around 8:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence in Claremont.

Camarena is currently being held in lieu of $100,000 bail at the San Dimas Station.

According to deputies, he is accused of inappropriately touching a young boy in a bathroom at the Puente Hills Mall on July 8.

Authorities believe there may possibly be additional victims.
