Man, 26, Who Allegedly Exposed Himself Outside Elementary School Now Behind Bars

TEMESCAL VALLEY (CBSLA.com)  —  A Temescal Valley man who allegedly exposed himself at an elementary school on Saturday morning is behind bars.

Officers arrived at Todd Elementary School to find Anthony Isaac Foster, 26, in the empty lunch area exposing himself, according to sheriff's officials.

Foster ran away and was followed to a house in the 11000 block of Marygold Way, according to sheriff's officials.

He was arrested for indecent exposure, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia and taken to the Southwest Detention Center.

Bail was set at $2,500.
