Costumed Easter Bunny Suspected In Mall Brawl That's Caught On Video

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (CBSLA.com) — A costumed Easter bunny is suspected of being involved in a brawl at a mall in New Jersey in an incident that was caught on video.

Video posted on social media captured a chaotic scene at the Newport Centre in Jersey City.

According to the Associated Press, which cited authorities, the incident unfolded when a 1-year-old child slipped from the bunny's lap after taking a photo.

That's when the child's father allegedly began yelling at the costumed character and a fight ensued between both men, authorities said.

Mall security eventually broke up the fight and both men were treated for minor injuries.

Both men have since been charged on suspicion of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct, according to AP.
