Malibu Middle School Student Suspended Over So-Called 'Halloween Hit List'

MALIBU (CBSLA.com) — A Malibu eighth-grader has been suspended for threatening other students in what he called a "Halloween hit list."

The boy attends Malibu Middle School, which shares a campus with Malibu High.

The boy has been removed from campus. It is unclear if he will be allowed to return.
