Magnitude-3.4 Quake Rattles Near San Fernando

PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — A magnitude-3.4 earthquake shook near San Fernando early Thursday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the epicenter of the quake was located seven kilometers northwest of Pacoima, which struck just after 3 a.m.

A smaller temblor struck just before several minutes earlier near Santa Clarita.

No injuries were reported.

At this time, there is no report of any buildings that sustained damage.
