'Mad Men' Props -- Including Don Draper's Red Convertible -- Going To Auction

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A year after 'Mad Men' called it quits, many of the AMC series' iconic props are going up for auction.

Culver City auction house ScreenBid will place about 1,500 props up for auction June 1 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the series finale.

Among the items listed on ScreenBid's website are Roger Sterling's Ray-Ban sunglasses and Salley Draper's Instamatic camera. Perhaps the biggest-ticket item is Don Draper's 1964 Imperial Crown Convertible, used in the series' fourth season.

"This is the rarest of the rare, as this is the only Imperial to boast having been smoked in by Don Draper," the listing says of the red convertible.

The series ran for seven seasons and was acclaimed for its on-point representations of life in a 1960's Madison Avenue advertising agency. The show won four Emmy Awards for outstanding drama series.
