All Baggage, Conveyance Systems At LAX Restored After Bird Struck Power Line

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Crews Friday had to manually reset baggage and conveyance systems in all terminals at the Los Angeles International Airport.

Just after 6:45 a.m. a bird struck a high voltage power line at 7301 World Way West causing the systems to go offline, according to Amanda Parsons from LAX.

All systems were restored by 10 a.m.

No flights were affected.
