'Late Late Show' Host James Corden Lets Stevie Wonder Take The Wheel For Some Carpool Karaoke

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — James Corden occasionally features a segment on his "Late Late Show" where he rides with a performer to work and sings along to their hits.

On Monday night, the CBS show aired a "carpool karaoke" session with none other than music legend Stevie Wonder.

Wonder took the wheel - of an SUV that's obviously hitched to the back of another vehicle - as he and Corden drove to the CBS lot in Los Angeles.

Corden couldn't believe it himself and even called his wife, Julia, and put Wonder on the phone to prove it to her.

Wonder serenaded Julia with a nod to his hit, ""I Just Called To Say I Love You," telling her: "I just called to say James loves you! I just called to say he cares."

It was too much for Corden, who put his face in his hands and teared up, before saying, " You've just won me so many brownie points with my wife."

Wonder had such a good time he even suggested he and Corden start a group called the Wondercats.
