LAPD search for suspect who allegedly shot his neighbor in Hollywood

A man was taken to the hospital after his neighbor allegedly shot him along Hollywood Boulevard. 

The Los Angeles Police Department said the shooting happened at about 8:45 p.m. along the 7300 block of Hollywood Boulevard. Officers said the victim, who is in his 30s, was conscious and breathing before he was taken to the hospital. 

Police set up a perimeter to search for the gunman.
