LAPD Investigating Shooting In Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Police Wednesday were investigating a shooting in Hollywood.

Officers responded to Cosmo Street near Hollywood Boulevard around 2:15 a.m. after reports of shots fired and found broken glass and bullet casings.

A witness said the shooting took place next to a parking attendant booth and another vehicle may have been involved.

"The first shot was literally right in front of the valet stand, and there were three of four more here and a couple more up the street," said Ronnie Bryson.

No injuries were reported.

Wednesday morning's shooting was the second in three days for Hollywood. On Sunday night, a homeless man was killed during a robbery.
