Stolen moped rider leads police on pursuit through Canoga Park

The Los Angeles Police Department was in pursuit of a stolen moped in the San Fernando Valley.

The suspect drove onto the sidewalk while driving around in Canoga Park. The rider eventually entered a cul-de-sac and nearly escaped the police but crashed into a fence. Almost immediately after the collision, a nearby officer tackled the suspect to the ground.
