LA Kings, Clippers To Join Dodgers At Kershaw's 3rd Annual Ping Pong Charity Event

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Athletes and coaches from the Dodgers, Kings and Clippers are set to take part in Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw's 3rd Annual PingPong4Purpose charity event on Thursday.

The event, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, benefits "Kershaw's Challenge," which works to encourage people to give back to those in need and will take place at Dodger Stadium at 7:30 p.m.

Fellow Dodgers confirmed taking part in the event include OF Scott Van Slyke, legendary pitcher Orel Hershiser, 2B Howie Kendrick, INF Justin Turner, rookie star Joc Pederson, fellow starter Zack Greinke, INF Jimmy Rollins, C A.J. Ellis, skipper Don Mattingly, 1B Adrian Gonzalez, OF Andre Ethier, and P Brett Anderson.

LA Kings players who will participate include Andy Andreoff, Brayden McNabb, Alec Martinez and Tyler Toffoli.

Clippers representatives will include Blake Griffin and Doc Rivers.

The athletes will also be joined by actors and entertainment personalities, including Ken Jeong, Josh Duhamel, Chad Lowe, George Lopez, Anastasia Ashley, Jenna Fischer and Tom Felton.
