Pursuit suspect ditches stolen vehicle and hops into another car in South LA
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle near South LA.
During the chase, the suspect ditched his vehicle and jumped into a Dodge Challenger. The muscle car driver drove onto the northbound 110 Freeway and reached speeds above 120 mph.
The second suspect sped up the freeway until reaching downtown, where law enforcement lost visual of the vehicle.
