Kobe To Sit Christmas Game Against Bulls

Chicago (CBSLA.com) - Head Coach Byron Scott told reporters Thursday that Kobe Bryant will the Christmas game against the Pau Gasol and the Chicago Bulls.

It will be his second straight game he'll miss due soreness.

"Scott spoke to Kobe this morning; Bryant is still very sore/fatigued, generally, and Scott made the decision to sit him again, said the Lakers sideline reporter Mike Trudell."

The Lakers defeated the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday without Bryant, 115-105.

Bryant will unlikely play Friday against the Mavericks.
