'KNX On Your Corner' Visits Northern Orange County Cities
(KNX 1070) – "KNX On Your Corner," KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO's award-winning series profiling local communities, returns on Friday, July 25 from 5am – 7pm with an in-depth look at northern Orange County.
KNX 1070 will air a series of special reports focusing on important issues in the cities of Brea, La Habra, Yorba Linda and Placentia. Additionally, local civic leaders will appear as special guests throughout the day as KNX gives listeners insight into the unique attributes of the area.
Adding to the local flavor of the day, KNX will broadcast live from Arthur's Coffee Shop in La Habra at 1281 E. La Habra Boulevard. Free refreshments will be offered and the public is invited to meet the people behind the microphones of Southern California's only all-news radio station.
Dick Helton and Vicky Moore will anchor the news from 5:00 – 9:00am, Frank Mottek will host the KNX Business Hour from 1:00 – 2:00pm and Jim Thornton and Diane Thompson will anchor the broadcast from 2:00 – 7:00pm.
