BOYLE HEIGHTS (CBSLA) — A CBS2/KCAL9 news van was vandalized Tuesday night in Boyle Heights.

A large rock was thrown threw the front driver's side window of a CBS2/KCAL9 news van Tuesday in Boyle Heights. (CBSLA)
An unknown person threw a large rock into the front driver's side window of the van, injuring a member of the CBS2/KCAL9 news team. (CBSLA)

While a crew was out covering a story tonight, an unidentified person threw a large rock through the window of the van, injuring a member of the CBS2/KCAL9 news team.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene.

Anyone with information that could help with the investigation was asked to contact LAPD.
