Karen Mendoza Ruiz Of Colombia Found Safe After Going Missing Near The Grove

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A woman from Colombia has been found safe after going missing in the Mid-City area more than a week ago.
Karen Mendoza Ruiz, who is from Colombia and is visiting Los Angeles, has been located, the LAPD said Tuesday. She was reported last Friday after she went missing near the Grove at 4th Street and Fairfax Avenue on Aug. 22.
The LAPD says her family has been notified and she is in good health.
