Kaiser Permanente-Staffed Target Clinic To Open In Fullerton

FULLERTON (CBSLA.com) — The last of four Target Clinics in Southern California, staffed by Kaiser Permanente, set to open this year will open Saturday in Fullerton.

The clinics, which will be staffed by Kaiser Permanente nurses, will be open to members and non-members seeking pediatric and adolescent care, well-woman care, family planning and management of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, Target and Kaiser Permanente officials said.

The clinics, located inside Target stores, will provide walk-in care and will have physicians available by telemedicine consultations.

The first three locations opened Nov. 17 in Vista, San Diego and Fontana. Across the country, Target Clinic currently has 79 locations in seven states.

Target Clinic's Fullerton location, 1893 W. Malvern Ave., will be open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
