Juvenile Arrested On Suspicion Of Stabbing 77-Year-Old Man In Cypress

CYPRESS (CBSLA.com) — A juvenile has been arrested after being accused of stabbing an elderly man in Cypress Tuesday.

Cypress police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 4500 block of Victoria Court at about noon.

Upon arrival, officers found a 77-year-old man suffering from a stab wound, according to a press release from the Cypress Police Department.

The victim, identified as William Tanaka, was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead, police said.

The suspect, who is related to the victim, was arrested and taken to Orange County Juvenile Hall, investigators reported.

They did not release his name because he is a juvenile.
