Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (July 1)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — It's going to be another muggy and uncomfortable day for Southern California on Wednesday.

The monsoonal flow continues to dominate with a good swath of moisture moving through the area right now.

There will be a steady stream of moisture throughout the afternoon as well, which presents a threat of a thunderstorm or passing shower.

Dew points will be quite high, which will make it feel sticky and warm throughout the day.

Look for more of the same weather on Thursday. There is a chance for a storm on Friday also.

For the holiday weekend, however, things will settle down a bit. It won't be quite as humid on Saturday and Sunday.
