Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 5)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — There's Dense Fog Advisories again Thursday morning, so look for some reduced visibility around the LA Basin -- although it should break up pretty quickly.

Expect mostly sunny skies Thursday. An interesting weather pattern sets up Friday with a front pushing into the west coast. There is a good chance for some significant rainfall north of Point Conception; however south of Santa Barbara those rainfall estimates drop off dramatically to the point where Los Angeles will probably be dry (maybe a sprinkle Saturday morning).

Temperatures will be above average Thursday and Friday into the low 70s, and it looks like we will remain above seasonal averages through the weekend.

By Tuesday, an upper level low drops into the Southland, but it will be an inside slider and that means dry, cooler and windy.
