Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 3)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — It was great to get a rain yesterday, even if it really was just a little.

We picked up about .10" downtown.  However, that marks the first measurable rainfall downtown since December 19th.  We are still roughly 7" below normal for the season.

So basically if "drought" was the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles were the Denver Broncos, this winter season would look a lot like the Super Bowl.

Temperatures Monday will hover in the low 60s.  In fact, we will remain below our average temperature all week long.

We will see varying cloudiness over the next few days, but nothing too dramatic.

On Thursday there is a wave of moisture moving through which will give us a chance at another light shower.

We dry up for next weekend as high pressure builds in and we are looking at a warming trend.

Basin - low to mid 60s

Beaches - upper 50s to low 60s

Valleys - low 60s

Mountains - upper 30s

Deserts - mid 50s
