Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (April 20)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Despite some patchy clouds this morning ... it has been a beautiful Easter Sunday.

Temperatures are up about 3 to 6 degrees from yesterday. So it's a bit warmer.

There will be only minor changes tomorrow. Temperatures will be around the same as today, maybe a degree or two cooler in localized spots. By Tuesday, a trough is going to drop into the Southwest.

While there won't be any rain associated with the system, the winds will be picking up. You can expect wind advisories to pop up on Tuesday. There will only be some slight warming for Wednesday ... before a better warm up on Thursday.

According to the latest models, there is another trough moving in next weekend and this one has a chance for some moisture. However, the models are still inconsistent and it is way late in the season to be getting rain...so we'll see.

Basin - mid 70s;
Beaches - upper 60s;
Valleys - low to mid 80s;
Deserts - mid 80s;
Mountains - mid 60s.
