Irvine Police Identify Indecent Exposure Subject
IRVINE (CBSLA.com) — The Irvine Police Department on Wednesday said they have identified a lewd conduct and indecent exposure subject.
The suspect's name is not being released pending the ongoing investigation.
Authorities said on June 3, a man was observed engaging in lewd conduct and indecent exposure in a gated pool area at the Los Olivos Apartments in Irvine. When a witness attempted to confront the man, he allegedly ran to his vehicle and fled the scene.

On Tuesday, Irvine Police asked for the public's help to identify the subject.
The man was described as a Middle Eastern or Italian man in his 40s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds
Police said a person familiar with the suspect recognized him and contacted authorities.
