Investigators Probe Death Of 6-Week-Old Boy In Highland

HIGHLAND (CBSLA.com)  —  Detectives are probing the death of a 6-week-old Highland boy.

Officials said deputies with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department were called to a residence in the 26800 block of 9th Street on Saturday just after 9 a.m.

They were responding to a call about a baby that wasn't breathing.

The baby was later pronounced dead by medical personnel, authorities said.

An autopsy will determine the cause of death.
