IE Police Arrest 2 Men For Alleged DUI Crash That Killed 13-Year-Old Girl

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Two people have been arrested for allegedly causing a crash that killed a 13-year-old girl in the Inland Empire.

It happened late Friday night at Rialto and Arrowhead avenues in San Bernardino, according to police.

Investigators say Martin Mosby, 23, of San Bernardino was driving drunk when his green Kia rammed a silver Acura Integra carrying three young sisters.

Mosby and his passenger, 24-year-old David Brass, fled the scene on foot and were later arrested.

The suspects had sustained minor injuries.

Police confirmed San Bernardino resident Samantha Tarabay, 13, was killed in the crash. Her sisters were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Investigators believe alcohol played a factor in the collision.
