Hunt Is On For Medically Fragile Missing Woman, 71

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Los Angeles police are asking for the public to help locate a missing 71-year-old woman who may be in need of medical attention.

Barbara Decavia was last seen boarding an eastbound Metro Line 90/91 bus around 8:25 a.m. Monday at the corner of Commerce Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Tujunga, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

Decavia, who is diabetic and suffers from additional unspecified medical conditions that require medication, is white, 5-foot-3, about 190 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information concerning her whereabouts was urged to contact the LAPD's Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800.
