Homicide Detectives Investigating Death Of Lancaster Infant

LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — Homicide detectives Monday were investigating the death of a 4-month-old baby boy in the Antelope Valley.

Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 44000 block of Division Street C in Lancaster just before 3 p.m. Sunday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

Jordan J. Murphy "was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead," Lt. Dolson said.

Additional information, including Murphy's cause of death, was not released.
