Hollywood's HomeState Serves Traditional Texas Foods

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Want a little taste of the lone star state?

Briana Valdez, owner of HomeState, a restaurant made by homesick Texans, stopped by KCAL9 Friday to show viewers some traditional Texas foods.

The restaurant, located at 4624 Hollywood Blvd., serves food that incorporates all the streams of Texas culture, including the heirloom foods of Mexico, American barbeque, cowboy chow and European flavors.
