Hillary Clinton Hosts 3 Fundraisers In LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Hillary Clinton is visiting the Southland to host three fundraisers.

The former secretary of state kicked off her visit with a $1,000 per-person fundraiser from 3-5 p.m. at a home in Studio City.

Those donating $2,700 had their photos taken with Clinton. Attendees who raised $10,000 or couples who contributed $5,400 to Clinton's primary campaign got photos taken with two adults and children under the age of 16. Participants also became members for the Hillary for America Finance Committee.

The former first lady then attended a $2,700 per-person reception at the Hancock Park home of Jon Vein, chief strategy officer and co-founder of MarketShare, and his movie producer wife, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein.

Those raising $10,000 were co-hosts of the event and could have their photo taken with Clinton. Attendees who donated $27,000 could have their photos taken, receive a ticket to host a reception and become members of Clinton's finance committee.

Details regarding the third fundraiser were not immediately available.

Monday marks Clinton's seventh visit to Southern California since she declared her candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination.
